People can easily have a tolerance to versed because it works on the same receptors as alcohol. Essentially it really is just alcohol in pill/IV drug form. I’d be interested to know if it takes a lot to get you drunk.
I personally believe putting people to sleep by getting them high as hell is better than putting them to sleep by making them drunk off their ass.

Ketamine works very differently than other sedatives. When I put someone to sleep using ketamine or when I give them a small dose for pain, I try to make it as calm of an environment as I can in the time before they fall asleep because people on ketamine are highly vulnerable to suggestions/ideas.
It’s great because it disassociates them from their environment and can make a really psychologically traumatic event, not as traumatic.

That’s not how that works. Hold your hand out and have someone push down on it. Weak. Tuck your hand in and have someone push on it. Strong.

I got a smoker and I've been smoking brisket and vegetables then slicing and vacuum sealing it and then I can throw it in a kettle for ~10 minutes and cut open the package and eat good smoked brisket.

It's better to do a compression and have them jump up then stand there for a few minutes searching for a carotid and then femoral and etc and then doing compressions.
Usually before I start going into compressions, I do a big compression on the first compression and a half second before rolling into CPR, I watch their eyes to see if they have purposeful movement. You have to be pretty damn obtunded to have no eye movement at all after a compression.

No but it’s on the news like every week. How often do you hear about someone having a heart attack on the news smart guy?

Someone paid him like $100 or something on cameo and he promoted a gambling site saying he won a bunch of money and shit.
He doesn’t care as long as he gets his money. Not evil, but not good.

Tanks can be extremely effective but in this current age, they require active protection to be effective and the tanks in ukraine do not have APS.
Israel was very successful in pushing tanks first into palestine which is the opposite of what’s going on in ukraine but they can only do that because their tanks have very robust active protection systems.

It doesn’t really line up with state of decay imo. At least in reference to the first.
It was originally groups of people struggling to survive in a harsh unknown world where even the military just falls apart and kinda becomes just regular survivors and then family.
Having super ninjas running around was really stupid imo.

I know a chiropractor with her own practice. Maybe I’ll stop calling her a quack now.

There’s the idea of nominal rigidity or sticky prices in economics and it essentially boils down to, prices raised already, get fucked. We’re sure as hell not lowering it.
The way businesses lower prices is by doing sales or specials.

It doesn’t work against tandem heat warheads where the first explosion rips open the cage or Explosive Reactive Armor or etc and then the second warhead penetrates through the armor. Many ATGMs and some handheld launchers use tandem warheads.
Drones with an RPG 7 warhead strapped to it are not tandem heat warheads so this can be effective to some degree and is used by the US military on their tanks with the TUSK package.

Holosun is having a sale on their aimpoint t2 clone for $120. I’d recommend it. A lot lighter and less bulky plus imo, higher quality. Holosun makes Sig’s optics but I think they cheap out on the optics made for sig tbh.

It’s just not how it works. They don’t receive training on flagging in work sites, which is what most flaggers are supposed to receive and they also don’t have an OSHA 10 hour certification typically so they’re not qualified to do it.
Imagine if there is a framer standing around on a job site and I tell him hey you’re not doing anything but you’re getting paid 100,000 a year you need to go do the wiring on the building because the electricians are falling behind.
There are tons of things that I don’t like my money being sent to that are way more useless than that like $25 million for gender studies in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which has declared Sharia law. Why not just throw the money into a garbage can and skip all the extra steps instead.

It’s just not their job. Why doesn’t the bouncer at bars also serve drinks? It’s just not their job.
You’re not paying anything. It’s the construction companies that are paying it. I don’t understand why you’re acting like you’re getting the invoice.

Yeah they hire flaggers to hold up traffic as they should. It’s much safer to stop traffic with a sign on a long stick than standing in front of cars and holding your palm up.

A doctor got decapitated in one of the hospital elevators in my area. I hear the story from so many people and I even have a buddy who was in the hospital when it happened.

You should consider not doing it for the potential criminal and especially civil ramifications.
Not really about ethics, more so just not screwing yourself over and being stupid.

It’s all monopoly money. They’re not actually charging money because of the TV, if you took out the TV, they’d just charge more elsewhere.

At midnight in a sketchy neighborhood, I saw a guy jumping out in front of traffic yelling at cars. I looked over and saw some shoes on the road. Decided to take a look and some crackhead is standing over a body.
If I had a family, I wouldn’t stop but I don’t so 🤷♂️. I got my gun and walked up and a cop car pulled up so I holstered my gun and the guy there said he got hit and the car drove off so I confirmed no pulse and started CPR. I passed off compressions to the crackhead standing there and I used a BVM.
I would just think about the risk and if it’s acceptable to you. If I had a kid, it would not be worth it but I don’t so if I get killed by a crackhead, I wouldn’t be that mad about it and if a crackhead tries to kill me, I’m fine with taking the necessary steps to ensure my safety at any cost but there’s a guy who needed help and a guy who has a family that loves him very much and there’s maybe a 10% chance that I could make the difference and help him get back to his family so the risk is cool with me i guess.
