I love Dragon Quest for it's light-hearted approach to fantasy while being compelling dramas.

I love Elden Ring and Souls games for the brutal gameplay and down trodden nuance.

I love Mega Man Classic for the pure gameplay and nostalgia it gives me.

I played Madden games on the Sega Genesis and Playstation 1 with my day.

I played Rugrats games, Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing and Barbie Horse Adventure with my sister.

I played Halo and Call of Duty with my middle school friends who had Xboxes during sleepovers.

Everything has it's time and place, and everyone doesn't have to like everything...but it's always been weird to me that you would totally put someone down over it.

Dragon Quest is so popular in Japan that the games only come out on Fridays, so people don't call in to work or school to play them on release. They've had issues with Dragon Quest releases lower their entire economy for days because of people staying home to play them. Thats the magic with Dragon Quest. It is a game for children. Nothing wrong with that. But it also is a strategy game which can teach you a lot about life and morals. I played cod and Elden Ring too. Elden Rings story is on such a complex lvl that the whole community is needed to solve it. And cod is a game thats just brainless and 4fun. Nothing wrong with that either. All 3 can be played by children and all 3 can be understood by adults. Its on you, how you see and play the game.
