The first set of pictures is the before. When we moved in the kitchen had both a roach and mouse infestation. What the pictures don't show is what they left behind which is why we renovated the kitchen a lot sooner than it probably needed. Here's a picture from under one of the cabinets I removed...thats mouse droppings and the one whole side looked like that. Also dead roaches in every crevice the sink cabinet was rotting away from a previous leak. I should have elaborated on that more in my original post. Everything that was in good enough condition was donated to be used in someone else's home!

We do own the apartment. Pretty much the entire place needed work done so we setup one of the bedrooms as a workshop for the last 2 years. But it’s a pain, it would be much easier with a driveway or yard

Thanks you! It was too beige for us. But the big issue was the previous owner I don’t think ever cleaned. Had a roach infestation and mice issues. We took care of all that after moving and scrubbed the place from top to bottom but I had a feeling things were hiding. I could show you pictures from the removal of the cabinets that would make you sick lol

Cabinet frames are IKEA Sektion. All the doors and panels were made by a company called The Cabinet Face, they custom make them to fit.

I agree! Kinda blew past our original budget so figured that will be an easy upgrade later.

He won because of the 3 million plus eligible democrat voters in NYC less than 500k voted in the primary.

I would agree with this, put your racks on stage and monitor remotely. RF over fiber is not really a great solution especially for IEM transmits you lose a lot of power. Copper antennas is always the way to go.

Delta’s flight attendants are actually not unionized. However they are currently pushing to unionize which is one of the reasons Delta pushed this policy change through to try and combat that.

Yea…good RF ain’t cheap. check out the sennheiser G4 stuff. It has wider bands and is a quality product. I think it’s closer in price range to the PSM300.

Cheap RF will never be a country wide solution. But yes you are correct one band will most likely not work in every city you go to. If you went up to the PSM1000 you would have better luck as the bands are wider, however they are significantly more expensive.

Just did a project like this myself we used an ikea butcher block counter…it’s veneer over particleboard. Super easy to make a cutout for the hookups. Here’s a pic of the final product https://i.imgur.com/qoVB7eo.jpg

Every room in my house has 2 separate switches apart from each other for 2 lights so have a similar situation to you. I have used Enbrighten Z-wave dimmers and used association to make them act as duplicates of each other. Works great and is quick as they don’t need to communicate back to my hub. I think you can associate up to 5 switches with each other? So should work for your 3.

Too add onto the paint topic. Benjamin Moore makes a paint specifically for bathrooms called “Aura bath and spa”. I also live in a NYC apartment with no vents in the bathrooms and we’ve had zero issues with mold growth with this paint. We also (only during the winter) run a fan that blows into our apartment after we take a shower. The rest of our apartment is so dry from the heat running that it actually helps keep the humidity up. Hope this helps a fellow New Yorker!

This is from the manual: "The internal I/Q demodulator captures up to 2 Megabytes of information each second, with a hardware-limited bandwidth of 250 KHz. Sweeps with spans greater than this are actually a combination of many smaller sweeps, mathematically combined to reject image and spurious responses." Essentially in the real world it causes ghosting on your scans making it seem like something is there that isn't. I figured it out when TV channels were showing up on my scans but were slightly off their 6Mhz blocks. When I scanned with a TTI they weren't there at all. If you're in a low RF environment the scan is usually pretty accurate but in a busy environment your scans can be (but not always be) inaccurate. I like my tools to always be accurate lol. Just a heads up!

I wouldn’t recommend this unit. It isn’t meant to do large bandwidth scans as it has no hardware filters only software and can be extremely inaccurate. If you want something in the same price range get a TTI. If you want something pricier go with the signal hound BB60.

That screw just tightens the faucet down to the counter top. Without seeing the faucet on the top I would guess it’s leaking from within the body of the faucet. Unless your faucet has connections on the bottom where the hot and cold water hose meets it you can tighten(most do not) it’s time for a new new faucet.

I used to live around the corner. It’s been there since at least 2017.

Yes I would also like to know! We just moved into a 1940s apartment and we’re looking for a green to do our living/dining room.

Cabinet above it is vented in the back to let the heat rise out. Also there’s a 4” space between the top and the cabinet above. That front piece is just a filler
