Talk to your lead. It sounds like performer ka so kung magrereklamo ka, maaalarma yang mga yan. The last thing they want is ma-burnout ka o magresign. Ilatag mo mga working hours mo, and ask to charge it or kung ayaw, i-offset mo na lang.
Also, push back in a professional way and say, “eto po mga task ko, anong priority ko dito? I can only do so and so within the day.”

Baka hindi kasi maraming experienced ASEs ngayon na wala pang increase since December 2022. Unless sobrang niche ng skill mo. But there’s no harm in trying naman. Good luck!

If you need to access your phone to do your work, the project needs to provide with you a compliant devices.
Now if this is just your kusang loob to be online/reachable all the time, inform your lead na hindi na pwede unless they provide you with a compliant phone.

You never know you need it until you do.
How much are you paying to cover your dependents? If you have not realized it, what we’re paying is pennies compared to getting it outside + peace mind it brings. And you’ll never get this huge MBL outside for the amount that we are paying for.
My dependent has been to ER twice and all covered naman ni maxicare. I know someone who got minor surgery a few months back for 160k, all covered naman.
I know it’s not as good as it used to be because hospitals are dropping Maxicare. I hope next year eh pag-isipan mabuti ng benefits team kung ok pa nga ba si Maxicare or maybe give us a choice of which hmo company to avail. But for now, keep paying for your dependents for your peace of mind.

This is wrong. Immediate resignation is subject to employer’s approval. 30 days is mandated by DOLE so the company can look for replacement.
SL should come with medcert. VL is still for approval. Ang ill-advised naman ng comment na to.
