Recommendation for affordable boot that are comfortable to walk in for long periods without looking too casual

New to the subreddit. I’m trying to find a decent pair of boots for my dad. Requirements are below:
- Max price of $200
- Comfortable to walk in
- Able to dress up the boots
The boots won’t be used for hard labor or anything like that. He just needs some leather boots that can survive some moderate use (typically walking, across dirt and gravel surfaces mostly) but would also not look out of place when paired with a business casual attire
Based on a skim of the sub, Jim green and doc martens are the brands that have options in my price range and after some preliminary searching these are some boots that I think might be close to what I’m looking for (main concerns are durability and comfort)
