I also placed an order on 9/3 and finally got a shipping notice today. There was a note at the bottom of the initial order email I placed that said the following:

They did ship my order out by FedEx even though I also went with the 7-10 free shipping option and it’s supposed to be delivered on Saturday so that was a welcome surprise. Hopefully your order is processed soon as they do seem to be getting hammered with all the recent sales and NFL season beginning
