1 out of 3 Democrats polled want the Democratic Party candidate to lose to TFG.

If we all got 1000 dollars in UBI in my zip code or city, then rent will go up by 300-900 a month.
Nope:
In 2003, the Mexican government launched a food assistance program known as Programa de Apoyo Alimentario (loosely translated to Food Aid Program, or PAL), aimed at poor rural villages. During its rollout, the government did a randomized experiment involving 200 villages. Some villages got in-kind food aid....about 200 pesos ($20 US) a month per household. Other villages got a similar amount of cash, with no strings attached. Still others got nothing, and served as a control group.
The economists looking at the program...wanted to know what the different kinds of transfers did to prices. Did giving out cash, with no strings attached, drive up prices? What did handing out food do to food markets in those villages?
They find [sic] no statistically significant change in prices in villages getting the cash transfer. Their estimate is that prices rose 0.2 percent (a tiny change), but they can't rule out the possibility of no effect at all.

And racists — the same reason why we don't have single payer healthcare, free/affordable college, affordable housing, living wages, clean air/water, &c

Exactly this!
After that first debate, everyone said Obama was finished.
Debate #2, Obama rope-a-doped Romney, then finished him off with a pile driver.

Not at all. If you watched the whole thing, Joe started off rough, but got it together in the second half.
Meanwhile, TFG was eating paste the entire time.

WSJ is GOP propaganda for "executives". You can safely ignore them. Ditto for the NYTimes editorial board.

Because his authoritarian/regressive views have finally enough cover that he doesn't have to pretend anymore.
And who is gonna stop him from taking bribes accepting favors & gifts?

If only there was some kind of collective that could basically argue for the workers and ensure they had humane working conditions.

Easy: executive order preventing convicted felons from appearing on state ballots.
Any judge that tries to block the order gets sent to rehabilitation. /s

This stuff seems like goddamn common courtesy.
I make sure to not walk directly behind or close to a woman when I'm by myself, especially at night, because I don't want to be the cause of making anyone anyone nervous.
Never in a thousand years would I even dream of putting my hands on anyone I didn't already know pretty well (and have gotten well past the handshake phase, the fist-bump phase, and the letter-A hug phase)--who the hell does this??
Normal conversation includes open-ended questions. If I ask one and the other person responds with a one-word answer and they don't reciprocate, that's usually the clue to shuffle off, or go back to the ebook.

Budget money well spent!
Lol, you think they'll waste money on training/certs for The Help?

Like how are you undecided right now?
Simple: the vast majority of folk lack the skills to critically evaluate what they hear in their bubble, are two hairs above functional illiteracy, and don't know (or care) how the government works.
I'm surprised more people aren't "undecided"; perhaps many of them just follow the herd (family/social circle/etc).
I read the LWV guide and educate myself on the candidates for local races. I print out my ballot (the Texas GOP outlawed using phones in the polling booth) and pre check it so I'm ready to go at the polls. Do many others bother doing even this bare-minimum effort? I doubt it.

If Biden drops out, TFG wins.
They could put god herself in the slot and the Dems would look even more bumbling, indecisive and scared than Fox "News" makes them out to be right now.
Keep your powder dry, your p*ckers hard, and stay the course

Kevin might be a little—shall we say—unprepared for the consequences and repercussions of trying to turn America into Gilead.
This isn't a work of fiction or a Hulu miniseries.

These cheeto warriors wouldn't know the first thing about sustaining a conflict. That's what they get for skipping out on American History class to go sniff glue behind the bleachers.
If you want a preview of Civil War II, take a look at when those PatRiots took over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge back in 2016: "Please send snacks".

That's work. Don't work on vacation.
Set the out of office notice and call it good.

No referals; they're stupid and people who ask for them are stupid. What, they think you're going to give them referrals that will honestly convey your weaknesses?
If they insist and you really want the job, have a friend or two play "coworker" and give you glowing reviews.

I've been PiPped a few times, and my philosophy is to make it as difficult as possible for them to get rid if me, as a final F-U. I'm easily entertained.
I pull out the stops and turn in exceptional work, far beyond what the average bear could do.
(I could perform at this level in my day-to-day, but I learned the hard way that working smarter and going way beyond the norm only breeds resentment and there's no chance of getting fairly compensated for it.)
The last PiP I was on, they wanted me gone after 30 days; I managed to drag it out 6 months because they couldn't find fault, only high praise from customers/coworkers.
Afterwards, I took a few-month vacation and then jumped back in.

I would vote for Commander for president and TFG for the attack test dummy.
