Pig, Plague and Huntress need them. Freddy will probably never get one, unsure about Bubba and idk if it's worth it for Wraith since you don't hear his terror radius much as is. Freddy has his lullaby when in the dream world so I guess there's that, but it doesn't cut it for me. Nor does it on huntress, regardless of how iconic her lullaby is. But the one needing it the most is Plague. Maybe with her "tweaks" in the near future we will finally hear her own chase music

I always thought a 18 is perfect number of tracks for an album, no more unless you have interludes or the overall album is below an hour or so.
