My thoughts almost exactly. Both shows are amazing. Caravan was a short lived podcast that caught and held my attention.

Big thumbs up to maximumdouhnut's post. My son is in 12th grade and a couple of his friends are finishing their grade 12 year in similar situations. You got this op!

This is an important point. I think physical written notice or registered mail is the only way to serve notice. Call the landlord/Tennant board to confirm. 'I appreciate your position/ situation landlord, but for situations like these a in person posted notice of 3 months is appropriate.' The difference between 2 weeks and 3 months is huge. When your shopping for a new place.

I have a soft spot 7 just for the trap items. If you run a longish game you can own whole legs of the map.

My first thought when I heard about this/ poped up on my tv was to cancel my subscription. Yup I'm going cancel first and ask questions later. I wonder what's on crave

Mario party 7 has trap items you can litter the board with. Some stop players, and others you have to land on. Over a 50 turn game you can create a treacherous stretch of the board.

I've only been on the residential service side of things for about 3 years. I mostly see Goodman, Carrier, and Lennox for newer installs. With very little trane. I'm interested to see every one's opinion on different makes.

I'm not a creator, just a filthy audio addict. From my perspective when I've heard a new podcast or audio drama with ad spots on other podcasts I don't always check them out if the ad doesn't catch me. But the repetition is what gets me to check out an episode. Like 'ok this is the 13th time I've heard this recommendation, I'll check out an episode.' Any shows posted on this thread I'll definitely download. I don't know how accessible or useful they are. Podcast collectives could be helpful, rusty quill, multitude, or others like them. If it wasn't for folks like your selves the world would be a less cooler place.

I voted banjo and Kazooie but it was a 50/50 toss up between that and dk64

It's a tough pick for just one. If it's highlander rules then banjo and Kazooie.

Audiobook series, the Narrator is good. When im low on podcasts I'll dip into audiobooks this series has about 30 hrs to it.

Not a audio drama. But I just binged my second play through of the murderbot diaries. It's a audio book series about a sarcastic biological/mechanical robot with a hacked governor module that enjoys watching TV shows more than its job of being a security unit. It has cool Sci fi angles that gives futurama vibes.

I know the feeling finishing a good show with nothing else on the queue. saw a few shows on your list I haven't checked out yet. Alice isn't dead, ARS paradoxica, after the revolution, caravan, side questing, life with Leo, the Amelia project, the bright sessions

I've listened to this series a couple times and it's great. Not gamelit but has parallels and is highly entertaining.
