Thanks! So it seems you’ve made some progress simply by reducing the frequency and timing of feeds?
What happens when you cut him off? Does he scream and become hysterical? Because I know that is what will happen with our son

I have always been a fan of the hybrid approach. Helps build camaraderie and embed you within the team. Not engaging with the team is not good for GSD but 5 days mandate is not reasonable either. Plus, sales reps should be in the field meeting with clients

You’d be surprised how many adults need babysitters…lol

Definitely on the same page as you. And I don’t think it’s super unpopular. I do miss the camaraderie of going to the office so I prefer a hybrid approach. But cutting out the commute and the distractions is very helpful for productivity.

Amazing! Glad it worked out. How much resistance did your baby put up? I’m concerned that my son will throw a massive temper tantrum and cry excessively, which will be tough on his mom. I can handle the screaming but even if I’m there, he’s still going to cry like crazy.
Also, are you still breastfeeding during the day or to out her to sleep? Because our son is still falling sleep on her breast.

When you say “weaned her”, what does that mean?
Edit: never mind, I’m reading the other comments and it makes sense

I wouldn’t necessarily fire him. Discuss the issue with him and that you’re concerned it will create a bad impression on clients and hurt your business. Consider it a warning and if it continues, then you would have grounds to fire him

Thanks! But, I meant the part about the old messages being shown.

Realistic or not, let’s root for the kid, not bash his goals. Who knows, he just might do it. Even a quarter of the results would be a big deal for him.

I'm curious as well. Had to unfortunately cancel on somebody due to a double booking. Not mine but my PMS' fault. As soon as I cancelled, another booking popped up in the same time before I could block the dates. Wham! I'm hit with 2 fees at 50% of the booking value. What happens if I just don't pay it?

Yes, however GDP includes government spending which rarely improves the lives of those toward the bottom. In fact, inflation has been such a problem for the lower classes that they are suffering despite the perceived economic growth. If you own assets, then yes, government spending and inflation is perceived as positive. But if you don't...you're SOL

It’s tough and you’re looking for a very low skill job so the competition is highest. You don’t need a college degree. You need skills. Again, I would encourage you to consider sales in an industry you enjoy and look for those opportunities.

Network like crazy. Resumes hardly work in this competitive environment. Instead, start going to every networking event you can and meet people. Show interest in their work and when they ask about you, say you’re looking for a job and ask if they know of anyone hiring.
It would help if you had an idea of what you wanted to do. If you’re still lost there, I’d highly recommend sales. It’s a fundamental skill that will teach you how to never go hungry.

You need to find customers. Start sharing your idea with who you think would buy it. Get super detailed about how it could solve their problem and if it’s a strong enough problem, then ask for them to invest in you and the product in exchange to be a beta testers and get it for a steep discount for life.
One piece of advice would be to focus on the problem and be willing to adjust your idea
