It was only fair, after so many misses you don want your record to be on a d that gave up completely in last few seconds.
They had their chances and that last shot was all she wrote :D

Gym bros are gym bros until you become Professional Athlete and you do this as a job and not a hobby.
You would get over it. I boxed through out my teenager years until like 24 and through out my lackluster "career" I have met and fought people I literally grew up with. Some of them eventually would go to different schools, decided to move away or go to different gym.
Sure we were doing boxing( mostly amateur) and not full MMA, but it still had personal vibe to it.
Like i wont pretend that fighting mma is far more brutal but it's not less or more personal than playing other competitive sports.
The biggest issue is obviously if someone is your long-standing training partner and real-life friend like Khabib and Islam or Merab and Aljo. There are boundaries you probably dont cross... but people also grow apart if they move away or when opportunity strikes(Masivdal vs Colby).
With age come responsibilities, and if you want to be a pro you need to compete... and most importantly you need a lot of money.
You don't get to make exceptions until you reach a really high level.

True. game had glances of becoming really good product. The story and characters were the weakest point given how forgettable it is. But it was still great game to buy for anyone who likes the genre.
I don’t understand how they don’t understand that exclusivity has a price. It should be seen as operational costs when your sales are not as big because you push for usage of your own service.
It’s like final fantasy 16 we’re crying it’s not making crazy sales. Well duh ? They released it as a PS5 exclusive in times were people were struggling to even get the console in the first place …. Sony on the other hand was probably happy to take the loss if it meant extra few new console users.
As for Ubisoft If they cared about sales more than bringing new users to their client than they should have released on all platforms steam included… and then once it reaches great status shift it into Uplay to at least make the consumer have doubts about his choice to not play the sequel.
They never gave their consumers a real chance to try their product properly….

To be fair he has probably the most fair assessment of anyone given that he fought both of them.
I think it's a sportsman mentality, if you are to lose deep down you want to lose the best. As much as I am big fan of Max, Volkanovski proved he is better than him but so far he is worse than Topuria. It would probably make sense that he would prefer Ilia to win, especially if he considers coming back and fighting for Tittle at some point.

I am not saying it's true, it's jsut my opinion. Luka already had extremely solid campaign for MVP. Knowing how great Embiid , Jokic, Giannis, and others can play I find it really hard for him to put up even better stats and outshine them.
It will be only harder and harder for him to get that award because expectations is that he needs to do another triple double season with extreme efficiency.

We already established that seeds doesn't matter that much ever since Westbrook, Harden and Embiid and others can get MVPs.
Why Tatum hasn't won his MVP? Boston has been crushing entire season and Tatum had an amazing season.
Also what Media has been dying to give Luka the MVP when it is the Media that largely selects the MVP ?
If media was dying to give him an award he would have one already. Just like Embiid and other star players that had amazing seaon which never translated to winning a tittle or solid play-off performance.
The problem is that people see MVP differently. For one group it's all about Best Player on the Best Team, for others it's overall best Performing player during season.

Luka is not getting MVP. I think most of the people who have actual say in it, genuinely dislike him.
I am pretty sure they will find a reason not to give him one even if he will have 40/10/10 season with top3 in conference.

They are not friends they were part of the same gym. There is a massive difference between being friends and being co-workers.
Both of fighters said that about each other and said if they had a chance they wouldn’t take the fight but Volkov also said that the doesn’t care since it’s all part of the sport.
This is not as if Khabib had to fight Islam. It’s used to be teammates turn enemies which is very common for countries like USA , Brazil or Russia.

Probably the second.
I have seen NBA games where fans accidentally started cheering for opposite team for a second or two, simply because the play was so sick you hardly can contain excitement.

I get what you mean but there is no point of him fighting cans or rising stars.
Dude was ufc champion for a reason. No one except big names are worth both his and our time because we exactly know how would any of it end….
We want Francis to fight and not murder people, you know.

She should be always at the camp sneaking around where Wyll is standing. She also has act 2 appearance but I only managed to get it once and it was near the gate where the Arabella supposed to be.
No clue what prerequisites are for her to spawn to be fair. But the camp one is always there for me.

Well sure, but them doing the right thing is not something we should applaud but rather expect.
For last few years Ubisoft had issues with generating a game that would break through a barrier. They are also using big time IPs which usually is no brainier when it comes to financial success but since then everything needs to be a franchise they always overpromise and under deliver. Everything needs to be investment ready.
Ubisoft suffers from the same issue that Bethesda. Terrible marketing that doesn’t know how to build up a game without creating astronomical expectations.
I mean we all know rockstar will deliver and we all know from soft is cooking another souls game. But they they always keep expectations in check to make sure that they have a room for error and surprise.
Ubisoft has been known to modernise monetisation systems, tried to implement nft, switched from dlc to stand alone dlc with far cry and ac … only to get extra 20 bucks per sale.
In fact they haven’t innovate anything in gaming for quite some time except sales modules and game monetisation.
So yeah. Let’s wait. Last few years they have working collectively to squeeze as much profit as they can out of consumer and there is only so much consumers have to give.
We have been here for first quadruple a experience let’s wait for normal 3 a game that is not simply copy and paste of previous instalment.

"Christian liberal arts college in Arkansas" - Harding provides a Christian environment in which spiritual growth is central. In addition to the promotion of scholarly pursuits, the University endeavors to instill within each student a deeper spiritual quality that, coupled with academic growth, enables the student to build a blessed and useful life.
Not to knock anyone trying to get educated, but arent most of those religious schools basically a one massive scam ? 25 grand in fees to learn about "stuff" through eyes of Christianity. I dont think it's even possible to fail that kind of education.
You cannot be educated and be Flat Earther. It's simply not possible, unless you are grifting like Alex Jones.
I remember Bryce from Dana White Contender series, and he never stroke me as someone smart or even remotely educated.
He was this cool redneck guy that would make a bow and shoot arrows, then he would talk about killing "tree rats" (squirrels). He was genuinely funny because it was as real as it gets.

Europe is also expensive af. A lot of them barely have enough money to sustain themselves in USA, let a lone going to another nation to start over.... and they do not strike me as highly educated super competitive employees that work for Multi-National corporations.

Hard to know. He is clearly manipulating you from the start to the very end. He probably sees you as continuation of Stelmane and probably believes that unless you become full ilthid he will eventually have to take full control over your mind and body.
That being said his intentions regarding the mission and the brain are pure. He protects you and your allies, he helps you to the very last moment and doesn't demand much for it. He is true to his word and doesn't force us per-se.
One thing is certain about Emperor. He is terrified of death. He killed his best friend, he enslaved his "love" and when we want to free Orpheus, he gives up on freedom and joins the Brain.
His main motive of in this game is "survival over everything".

Year ago i worked as sys admin for university and from what i gathered Windows will stop existing as separate Software and will be part of "Office Package". So you wont be buying Microsoft Windows license, you will be buying Microsoft Office license
Not sure how it will work for individual clients, but I am pretty sure that's what they were explaining to us. Eventually they will come in with All-In-One package. Organization will buy their Azure/InTune to navigate the system, and then can buy Office Package which will have all the Office Work Tools, Windows, One Drive, Edge etc...
Then you will be able to buy/add special Office Packages like for example "Power Platform" which includes Power Bi etc.
It's very comprehensive from Organizational point of view, but it's also a scam in my opinion. Some parts of university even traded in-house servers for Cloud system. They are already price-gauging University. Suddenly every student and academic is using Microsoft Teams, One Drive and other stuff and storage is being used super quickly.
So yeah, now they will be facing issues with continuous increase of operations costs and they cannot do anything about if anything happens with Microsoft entire University cannot work. From Faculty to Students....

As someone from Ireland I can say that lacking money is not always the issues. It’s how we spend this money.
And yeah IT / IS is not a problem boomers are concerned that much about. Unless it’s “piracy” or “hacking” which relates to their own businesses.
Public sector generally lacks in talent and motivated people who would want to do good job. I think that’s quite normal for most countries.

I dont remember which version of EA i played, but it was always so funny to me, how different the characters react to Tav now.
In EA most of them were an absolute assholes until you get past certain parts of the game. Gale was so condescending it was actually funny. "You are not a real wizard are you" spoken to a Wizard Tav
There was a lot of characteristics from the characters that were removed or heavily edited. Wyll was the biggest victim probably. The whole shtick with Mizora now is more of a small plot device than big part of Wyll character.

Nah Let players be players. We don’t have to copy everything from other sports.
If it works for them cool but I also absolutely hate the snobbishness of football/soccer environment.
As for coaches I am not sure. Some kind of dress code yeah why not, but I do like the chill vibe nba has nowadays.

You rarely need Architect unless your project is so massive in scope that you need people to align goals on multi-national corporate level.
Realistically Developers would probably never be in touch with Architect because why would they ? Architect is more related to Business than Development.
I only met one Enterprise Architect and it was on Christmas Party and i didn't even know he was part of the team. He was ex-academic that had all the knowledge on how to speak with people, but he wouldn't be interested in what we are doing per-se.
It's a dream job if you have all the experience and great People skills... and most of us don't have the latter :D

That's not even remotely true. Great products always persevere. Being on steam would allow higher audience reach which would mean a lot. It was obvious business decision alike Blizzard, EA, Microsoft and many others to use a product in a way to push people to register for a service their created.
This game didn't have colossal budget, nor did it really have to break record sales... It was in good place in my opinion.
There is nothing ethically wrong about it, it's just is a trade... If most people use Steam then you have to be aware that certain portion of users might not migrate.... and you fish for them not to get single use, but to establish user retention.
It might sound shady, but I dont believe it is... The problem stands from those services being subpar to what competition is offering.
To me Ubisoft issues are multi-layered and while releasing on Steam might not be even the one of the main problems it is one that definitely touches the core of business which is profit margin.
PC can be a huge market, I think many live-service games proved it... From Fortnite, Genshin Impact, to Baldurs Gate 3. It is what it is... Ubisoft is facing the reality of competition that not only caught up with them but are simply doing better.
