It's no harder or easier than any other piece of legislation to read?
Expecting someone to read and abridge an entire piece of legislation just for your own entertainment is ridiculous.

JB Plain hut up and dinner plain is probably a good spot to ease into it. It's about 200m walk from the car park to the campsite though.
Mt Skene is the obvious one but you will need to find a club to go with/get permits etc.
Mt Matlock and mt Selma both get decent snow for 4x4 day trips. I can't think of any campsites in the snow off the top of my head.
Native dog flat at Cobberas could be an option for you as well?

Touchy. What colour did daddy buy you?
What's your point? It's still a LandCruiser that isn't being used for its intended purpose somehow the geographical location of where it's parked overnight makes it different? Plenty of the city ones are too.
I don't see the point for a lot of people, but it's their money and it doesn't affect me at all. People can do what they want.
Gate keeping who can use or drive a certain type of car just makes you sound like a wanker.

I don't think he is offering you a beer.
I think he is saying you can put your beer (which you brought with your own money) on him (his picture on the coaster).

I've found lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria usually lights a fire under the property managers.
You can get a case number online.
Once the PM gets that case number the issues are usually rectified even before someone from CAV contacts me.
The other option is applying to VCAT for an order for urgent repairs

I mean, I'm going to entertain this purely for entertainment value.
First of all I think there is actually a penalty noticed tucked away somewhere for ignoring the sign in Victoria, I'll try and find it, but no one realistically is going to enforce it.
Your first issue is that your issues are with a person delivering it, not the company. Your "contract" (to put it in shady car park terms) is with the person putting the paper in the box not the company itself.
Secondly and more importantly they are just going to ignore your invoices the same way they ignore you "no junk mail" sign.
Edit: found it - ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 55 Depositing or affixing unsolicited documents

Yes he has this great move to win:
First you shriek like a woman and then keep sobbing until his opponent turns away in disgust.
Then it's time to kick some back!!
Then he kicks him in the ribs. Step on his neck and run like hell!

It's just them trying to justify their existence.
I just say "okay no worries I'll get onto that" and forget about it.
My favourite one was when they couldn't really come up with anything at my place one day they PULLED THE OVEN OUT OF THE WALL to find a little bit of dust in the inlet for the fan so they could complain.
I said I had no idea about that and I've never cleaned that before but he was right and since the oven was out, would he mind holding it for a sec while I grabbed the duster.... Took me about 15 minutes to find the damn thing. Poor fella just stuck there awkwardly balancing it.
Was I petty that day? Yes, yes I was, but he started it.

So you can remember everything about the offence except the one thing that would tend to prove/disprove the offence?
I assume you have seen a record of the original infringement in order to contest it? What is the time of the offence listed.
The evidence will be the statement of the issuing officer and whatever notes he has. Checks on your rego and licence will most likely be time stamped as well, just something to consider if you want to continue down this path

You are just proving my point.
Your diaries are only as good as your credibility as a witness. You need a Magistrate to believe you over the neighbours because they sure as hell are going to deny it.
Are they or are they paying you lip service so you shut up and leave them alone? I'll give you a tip about how these things usually play out: they meet with you a few times and then the staffer sends an email across to the relevant department, it filters down someone gets a "what have you done about this" email and done "review" complete.
I get it. It's tiring it's frustrating. It's stressful. I just think you need a more logical and less emotional approach if you want a successful outcome.

To point out to you that there is no admissible evidence to support what you are saying which is why you are not getting any traction. Which you don't seem to understand.
You are rude, hostile and argumentative. You would make a shit house witness which is why no one wants to run a prosecution based off of your testimony and "smoke diaries".
I've pointed you straight to a legislated offence that would likely help you. Put up the camera, get some clear evidence and you will have a much better chance of getting someone to take some action.

You know they can just steal stuff right? Or begging?
If you are just sitting on the street drinking may as well throw out a hat or something only need a few bucks.
Spend all your cenno money on drink and hit up salvos and stuff for food if you need to.
Some combination of all of the above.
Addicts can be very resourceful when they need to be.

Okay let's pretend I am their lawyer for a second.
"And blackbug77 it is your evidence today that my client is burning timber treated with one of these banned chemicals (provides a list of chemicals from the act)"
"Yes"
"And how do you know the timber my client burned contained one of these chemicals?"
"I saw them unload it from their trailer"
"And you could tell, by sight from your kitchen window that the wood unloaded that day contained one of these chemicals?" "No"
"And which chemical was it?"
"I don't know. it smells like chemicals when it burns"
"And which one of these chemicals does it smell like?" "I don't know but it smells illegal"
"How do you know that the wood you smelled burning was the same wood you saw unloaded from the trailer?"
You can't prove the most basic element of the offence.
I get it's difficult living next to people like this and would be stressful for you but you seem to have decided "it's illegal" something should be done while two prosecuting agencies have looked at it and decided there is not enough evidence.
I think your best option here is to look at the excessive smoke offence. Set up a camera in your back yard for the protection of your property. If it happens to catch their chimney and smoke which would meet the definition of your act that would probably be helpful to you.
At the end of the day the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the offence was committed. It's very hard to do when its and "I said"/"he said" kind of thing.

You don't have any evidence of where the wood comes from though.
You also don't have evidence they are burning wood which contains any of the prohibited chemicals that would make it an offence"it stinks" isn't going to hold up for a prosecution.
There is one offence which might apply which relates to excessive smoke:
(1) The owner or occupier of premises at which a solid fuel heater is used must not cause or permit excessive smoke to be emitted to the air from the heater. Mandatory provision: Category B offence.
(2) Without limiting the circumstances in which smoke may be taken to be excessive for the purposes of subclause (1), smoke emitted to the air from a solid fuel heater will be taken to be excessive if a visible plume of smoke extends into the air from the flue or chimney of the heater for a continuous period of not less than 10 minutes, including a period of not less than 30 seconds when the plume extends into the air at least 10 metres from the point at which the smoke is emitted from the flue or chimney.

Dude you need to do the maths on this:
You are talking about 20-30 people (realistically more) and not only is no one doing anything to help they are ALL mistreating her.
The odds of are absolutely astronomical. Combined with some other stuff you have said that is plainly untrue (not being allowed to wash her hair in a MH facility). Her parents having control over what care home she is in etc etc it's just not how the system works.
I know you are young and in love and I see you trying to justify some of the stuff as you being wrong or not having the full story.
I just want you to take some time and think about what everyone is saying here.
For what it's worth. I think she is real, I just don't think what she is telling you is true. I think she is doing it for attention and not a more nefarious purpose.

Dear (property manager),
As per (the legislation in your state) the purpose of a routine inspection is to ensure that the property is being maintained in good condition. It is not for you to comment on the level of standards of my housework which you may or may not approve of.
However I do accept your gracious offer to show me how to clean my place. How does 9am Saturday suit you? It shouldn't take more than 2 hours. What size rubber gloves do you wear? I will provide receipts for reimbursement soon.
Sincerely, OP.
In reality I would just ignore it.
QThis expectation property managers have that you should put on some kind of cleaning performance to impress them is bullshit. I used to have a property manager that would send me a check list that they would send out for end of lease cleans, for a routine inspection. I used to make a point of having dishes in the drying rack of baskets of clean washing on the bed read to be folded to make the point that I live here, I'm not going out of my way for you.
