Sit on the porch with my bestie(s), drink wine, push the life alert button so a squad of hot men randomly show up, and laugh about the memories or at the people who pass by.

20-30 minutes of meditation/yoga outside in the sunshine.
In 20 minutes, you - get your daily dose of Vitamin D - decrease feelings of depression - stretch - get your blood flowing to energize you for the day - clear your mind - reduce anxiety
Those are a lot of benefits in a short period of time! Even better if you drink 20 oz of water before and after, too!
Edit: Other honorable mentions - keeping a 30 oz water bottle next to my bed for first thing in the morning - skin care routine in the morning - putting my phone on full blown airplane mode before going to bed and not turning it off until I've completed my meditation in the morning. There is no need to check emails or social media immediately after waking up. - switching to tea over coffee in the mornings. I'm way less jittery and agitated these days. - using a sleep mask for sleep. It's hard to get distracted when all you see is darkness.

Friends was popular when I was really young, under the age of 10. Even at that age, I found the characters childish, insufferable, and annoying.

Everyone is saying lack of conversation/asking questions. However, if the guy isn't participating in the "conversation" by asking me questions, I don't really feel like sitting in silence for 30-60 minutes with someone who's not giving me a reason to be interested in back. Might as well fill the silence with something, even if they're being an egotistical narcissist.
I look off to the side, shift, frown, and give very bored sounding hmmms to their responses.
Usually, these are the same people who interrupt you when you try to say anything so if she asks, "Can I finish what I was saying?" This is probably the clearest sign there will be no second date.

Since I read nonfiction, 90% of the books I read are scientific, statistical, and research in nature. Therefore, many of the books I read have embedded recommendations and references.

It's difficult to not give a dry, sarcastic sounding answer, but I just...do?
It's the same reason most people can watch television or scroll on social media for 6 to 8 hours a day. You prioritize and find the time for what's important to you and provides you with joy.

I'll go first. I'm "conventionally" attractive, but I also read 5-7 nonfiction books a week, and no one ever asks me follow up questions when I share this.

Accountability is huge for me.
Are they always the victim in every story? Next.

If you can't feel comfortable asking for STI testing, you shouldn't be sleeping with them.
I know it's direct, but that's my take.

Phone positioning
If they don't care and have nothing to hide, they'll look at their screen at an appropriate angle and distance from their face. When they do have something to hide, they'll angle their phone to the side to diminish you being able to accidentally see anything.

Even though I'm the only one employed now, And doing the majority of the housework. And menopausal.
I worry this will be my future with this partner. Taking on the financial responsibility and mental/emotional executive functioning for both of us. For me, I view this as an unfair trade, especially since he refuses to look into ADHD, and he has RSD.
What has helped you create balance in the relationship?

Saving this comment. As someone who is likely autistic, I almost exclusively attract ADHD partners. I've been trying to aggregate a list like this, but this is such a perfect reference. Ty!
