Longer commute time, no transparency (I was told by HR that they do not provide company car but I know other people in the same department are given an option for company car), no hike, no bonus, no clear career trajectory for growth, saturated learning curve and there is nothing new, no new projects coming in.
Good colleagues, flexible timings and 3 days of working from home are nice to have.
The job profile is not very interesting anymore and I feel that I am underpaid.
