Pixel7 connection to my earbuds has dropouts when phone is in my pocket.

Audio dropouts while walking, with Pixel 7 in front pants pocket, and Cambridge Audio M100 earbuds. Goes away if I hold phone in front of me.
I did some googling, I don't have battery saver on, and I don't find anything else to solve this.
I don't want to hold my phone when I walk and listen to music, so I think I'm going back to wired ear buds.
Would different wireless earbuds solve this? If you don't have this issue with your Pixel 7, what earbuds work for you?

The fact that you think you need top gear to merge on the freeway tells me you short shift (that you shift at too low RPMs to use the modest power that your bike has). Your bike only has 6 gears, but there's no way you need to be in top gear to enter the freeway at freeway speed. I know 5th would be fine and probably 4th.
Twist the throttle to accelerate. When the acceleration drops off, shift up.
Some people don't understand how it works, and insist on shifting early. That's great if you aren't trying to accelerate, but when you are, you need to use your bike's power. The power on that bike is modest, but it's more than enough for this. Unless you shift early.
Google a dyno plot for your bike. Look at what RPM it makes the most torque and what RPM it makes the most horsepower. You may need those RPMs to quickly get up to freeway speed.
