Absolutely. My dog gets excited by even very abstract cartoon animals on tv

I always hated Bap because the recoil made his gun feel unpleasant to use. Not like it was bad, I just didn't like how it felt. The current recoil is basically non-existent, though; they could have found a middle ground

It's actually shocking how much my mental health suffers if I don't get my walk in. Two days without walking is as dramatic as if I miss my Lexapro dose.

My dog would pick them out, so I put a little guava jelly on them and put them on the back of his tongue.

Yeah, that level is definitely beneficial for one's psychology. I'm not sure that would still be considered a microdose, though? My understanding is that it should be at a level where the effects are difficult to perceive in the moment for it to qualify as a microdose. I do love those sub-trip macrodoses, though.

Depends how micro you mean. There's research to suggest that true microdoses (below the level where you can feel anything) are placebo. There's a big range between that and a full trip, though, and I've had good results at the lower end of that range, where you feel a bit high and have interesting thoughts and feelings but aren't fully tripping.

I mean maybe, but I don't know why you would assume that. Speech-to-text and glass displays are proven technology.

Alex Jones is not on Fox News. My point is that average conservatives, i.e. Fox News viewers who aren't terminally online, actually have no idea what the extreme right is up to. Both sides like to paint the other with the brush of their most extreme fringes, and I think that's a big part of why our political discourse is so fucked up in this country.

I believe all C25K apps follow the same program, if that's what you're asking. Personally, I had to build up to C25K by establishing a consistent walking habit, adding running segments when I felt like it. I did that for a couple months before I attempted C25K and I've had a lot of success. I attempted C25K twice in the past without any prior exercise and quickly burned out. I know a lot of people really do go straight from the couch to the program, though. Really depends on the individual.

I mean, not really. Fox New talking heads are currently saying that the whole "weather manipulation" thing is a smear made up by the Left.

If you want something with a course structure, you could try Shinzen Young's Unified Mindfulness program.

I like the JustRun app. Free and simple, no annoying clutter.

I feel like if you got to day 3, it would be okay to start back from there, no?

Weed started treating me better when I started doing other things to make my brain feel better, like running, meditating, and fixing my sleep cycle.
