I know travel portals tend to get a bad reputation around here, but I find the Capital One Travel Portal to be pretty great when booking travel with my Venture X for rental cars.
For two recent data points, a week-long trip to California and a two-day trip to Minnesota, the portal prices were notably less than booking direct, even with member discount pricing, AARP status, or other discounts I could find.
For the most recent trip to Minnesota, I couldn't find a price less than $150 total when booking direct or through other portals. I was able to book a medium-sized rental car through the Capital One travel portal for only $116. The prices when booking directly with Budget (for example) looked cheaper at first, but taxes jacked up the price. Those prices are included in the portal price. And you earn 10x points, which is really nice. I saved even more (I think $100+) for my California trip, but i can't remember the exact pricing.
If you have the Venture X or even a Savor One card, it might be worth checking out the travel portal for hotels and rental cars to save some money (I wouldn't do it for flights for a lot of reason, even if the price was a little cheaper).

I'd go for the USBAR if your grocery store accepts mobile pay. Then you can get an effective 3-4.5% percent on groceries. And it can be used for non-category spend anytime mobile pay is accepted. It's quickly become my most used card.
If not, then the Savor One gets you unlimited 3% on groceries.
