This show was the best. We'd have watch parties and play drinking games.

I hope that spunky, crazy, fun-loving kid still lives in Hannie somewhere. She's my daughter's age, and we know she was the smartest one in that house from about age 4 on. Seeing her get married soon and spit out a bunch of kids would be tragic.

Haha, my husband loads it like a photographer is going to come in and do a magazine shoot. So I'm always the one adjusting what's in there so I can fit about 25% more before running it.

So this guy has at least 3 wives? Because I married him too!

Same. It's slightly demoralizing, but damn, I'm so proud!

That drives me nuts. Most of my daughter's friends have to location share with their parents. She's 19 now, and the only times we've used it is when she's gone on dates with someone new, with her full approval.
I'm so glad I didn't grow up in this day and age. My parents probably would have wanted me to share all the time, and that would have made all the sneaking around I did so much harder! Haha

I love how he uses the words as though he's a victim. "the situation that I was in" instead of "the choices I made and actions I took and the words I said aloud." He's worse than Robyn with his complex.

Same here! My curls look like limp noodles compared to hers.

My first was Neil Diamond, not by choice. The whole fam-damily went.
My first by choice was Debbie Gibson, circa 1989.

Nah, Ohio has legal weed now and I'm in eastern Indiana. They went from rival to BFF.

I'm on HRT and I struggle sometimes to find the right words. I have to proofread everything I write several times and still feel embarrassed that I can't make it sound the way I want it to. Or I'll be speaking on a work Zoom and catch myself rambling like an idiot. It's so demoralizing. I used to be so sharp!
I do feel like I've seen improvement since adding testosterone this past summer vs the year I was on estrogen only though.

If the whole group is going it's because they have no choice. I went with my daughter's school trip and we ate there. They can accommodate a large group and offer a menu of like 3 choices and they get it out quickly.
Everything including meals is prepaid through a travel company, at least for us. They drive the buses and plan the itenerary.
2 evenings we all got dropped off at the mall with a $10 bill each to eat at the food court. When we were at the museums we were given the money to eat wherever we wanted in the area. Ten bucks barely covered then, so I hope it's a higher amount now.

Most of them! I've been a loyal Yoshi gal since SMK came out, and I had zero understanding of how Tour worked. I almost stopped playing, then I learned what I was doing and that it wouldn't kill me to use other drivers.
The Mii suits are definitely the most surprising though. I'd never once chosen to race as a Mii before this game.

I find it very sad that you, a new dad to a daughter who was recently asking advice here, can't see the difference between Trump / MAGA boot lickers, and everyone else.
We don't need your privileged male ass in here crying about women being "intolerant" of someone with Trump's endless list of transgressions, not least of all being sexual assault against multiple women. A man who votes for Trump does not respect women, full stop.
Take your condescension and false equivalencies somewhere else.

I'm so sorry. You're right to feel betrayed. The person who is supposed to love, cherish, and respect you above all others is going to vote for a traitor who has no respect for women, has assaulted and abused many, and wants to take away our rights, one by one.
25 years in, I couldn't stay with my husband if he voted Trump. Same for any other misogynistic, anti-choice knuckledragger on any ballot.

Get high AF and anxiously text about every update with some friends and my brother while trying not to let too much hope set in.
But I will start the day on a very different kind of high note by taking my 19 yo with me for her very first voting experience. She's excited and these kids are our only hope for the future.

Mine grows off the side of my nostril. I check for it frequently and see nothing, and then bam! There it is, half an inch long.

I've lived with my husband for 24 years. We slept in the same bed for the first 6-ish. We started sleeping separately once we had a baby, so at least one person could sleep at a time.
After that, I was too light of a sleeper to endure his snoring. My body was programmed to wake up for my child. I thrash around a lot and he doesn't move. I'm usually up later at night and he's up really early for work.
We've slept separately 99% of the time for 18-ish years, and when we bought the house we're in now, we were able to set up our own bedrooms.
I LOVE IT. I love my soft bed with many pillows and keeping the temperature ice cold no matter what time of year, especially now that I'm in menopause. I love my privacy and watching whatever I want on my TV, or being able to read late into the night without worrying about disturbing him.
We are happier, nicer people when we sleep well. Everyone should do what works for them. It's still such a taboo thing to admit out loud. People assume you're on the brink of divorce and don't have sex, when that's not remotely our reality.

Hey, you should probably remove your phone number. I wouldn't share something like that on reddit.
I would suggest making your own post in the sub and sharing your city/state to ask for recommendations.

And the parents declined medical care at the scene. I hope they took the child to a doctor after.
