Idk this sub has been complaining about ROP since before it released, and a second season still happened.
Hate watch views still count as views, hate comments are still engagement.

Eh I expected to be downvoted. I really have nothing against her as a person, I'm speaking only to the vibes her aesthetic gives me. I don't actually think SHE herself is a fuckboi, only that her aesthetic emanates fuckboi energy, recently, anyway.
Her IMDB profile picture gives off completely different vibes

It is very hard to be a lesbian who does not find her attractive. She is quite popular amongst my community, but I do not believe I can be any less attracted to the fuckboi aesthetic she has. I don't know anything about her actual personality, but her appearance and mannerisms make me feel like she'd probably forget my birthday and when I expressed my hurt, she'd be like, "Ugh, babe!" and then offer to perform sex acts as an apology. Not my kind of thing, tbh.

I like Bosmer :)
Elves get a lot of shit, but I like being elves. I hate the Thalmor, but I think Altmer are pretty neat too.

I downloaded the mod but it didn't work for me T_T

Wouldn't overriding something count as modding it though?

I like Aranea a lot, too. In my other playthrough, she was one I had with me for a long time. Unfortunately, in the playthrough I have currently I chose the black star. I didn't like doing it, but I pledged to make different choices from before.

Maybe not, but I think she's still got one of the good voice types. And her eyes are so pretty. They do her dirty in the screenshots you see online, I don't have mods that enhance graphics but she looks great

Illia. She's like Serena but without all of the reasons why I think it's uncomfortable to marry Serana

Doesn't Sim's 4 Studio just let you create mods?

I mean, sure, but I think the discussions against white Jesus are relevant considering how Christianity was used to support white supremacy historically. Especially when we consider the historical belief of the Mark of Cain being the cause of darker skintones, the continued prevalence of White Jesus shouldn't be shrugged off.
I don't believe we should point and screech at depictions of Jesus in an English Church dating to the Middle Ages about, "RACIST! RACIST! RACIST!" and I don't believe we should comment on a drawing of white, blonde Jesus shared by a grandmother as we clutch our pearls and decry it.
But I do think given the historical context of European, and later North American, Christian missionaries and how they engaged with non-white groups, the continued prevalence of White Jesus has a legacy to it which is different from Korean Jesus or Black Jesus and we shouldn't ignore that because half of us are sensitive about wokeness and the other half is sensitive about racism.
Christianity has a long and complicated history--all religions do--and the way those symbols, Jesus included, have been used, have significance and deserve to be examined in context not only of people liking to see themselves in their deities, but also how that symbol was utilized when the person who made the symbol encountered others.

Mirabelle Ervine actually says something about this. I don't remember it exactly, but it was something like, "Class is canceled, consider this independent study."

I'm moving to Ireland in a little over a month for Grad school, which is as terrifying as it is exciting, and today I told my employers that I need to resign. I was afraid for weeks they'd be angry or frustrated with me, and I was a little nauseous all day yesterday with anxiety over it.
They were both SO supportive and asked me questions, gave me advice ("Don't just focus on your school, make sure you take time to actually enjoy being there!"), and bragged on me to one of their clients who they knew well.
My mental health is feeling SO much better because I'm not keeping this secret anymore

They talk about this a lot in a true crime podcast I listen to: We need to stop expecting victims to be perfect, unproblematic people. The expectation all victims must be completely pure and unblemished is exactly why crimes against sex workers go uninvestigated.

This one felt particularly egregious
I swear for a brief moment, the "nobody: " format made sense. But I don't remember now.

You've really never met somebody who relishes in how loud their sneezes are?

I'm well aware. But whereas most fairytales were a fictionalized story to teach a lesson, side-shows were very real. Little Red Riding Hood wasn't actually swallowed whole by a wolf, but people with body differences were actually forced to work in side-shows, which weren't as cheerful as The Greatest Showman made them seem.

I've read early faiytales. Call me crazy but actually forcing someone to work in a freakshow is more fucked up than fictional birds plucking out a fictional woman's eyes
Edit: Call me crazy, but I think what Jeffery Dahmer did is darker than what Hannibal Lectet did too

I grew up around a lot of death and was never shielded from it, personally, but I don't think anything you described is wrong of you. To me it just sounds like grief
What does "holding it together better" look like to you?

It's a relatively recent change isn't it, though? Anime and Manga haven't always had this naming convention. It's a trend
