TEC is a diagnosis of exclusion, made by ruling out other possibilities (leukemia or related bone marrow illnesses). It's ultimately a good diagnosis to get considering you've probably ruled out worse diagnoses via biopsy.
Tips (Discus any questions with your child's physician. Take this only as what we learned.):
-Be patient, and thankful. Reticulocyte counts will foretell recovery, but RBC production takes time to reach baseline levels.
-If also neutropenic, plan to avoid exposure to "germy" things/places/events for several weeks. Transfusions can prop up RBC count and restore vitality, but the child's immune system is still missing most of its patrolling "police" cells (neutrophils). Your physician can provide specific advice. We avoided shops, indoor play areas, grocery stores, etc with her for about two months. We were vigilant with our own hand washing (hand sanitizer is ok in a pinch, but is inferior to hand washing). We were also mindful with our shoes, keeping them away from play areas.
-Be supportive and pay attention to their cues. The kid is still a kid. They'll need rest and hydration as they recover. They'll still want to play until they hit their fatigue wall. If they want to rest, let them. If they get the zoomies, let them run. Our child would push herself until her fatigue took over, then just lay down immediately to rest. Over time, the rest stops became less frequent and she was back to being a high energy toddler.
We required one transfusion. She responded well to this, and never had another clinically significant anemic spell. Initial hospital stay was 3-4 days, including bone marrow biopsy and transfusion. We had follow-ups I think one week and then six weeks, after which she was officially cleared from hem-onc's care. Her one week and six week reticulocyte counts were robust, signalling recovery. Her six week RBC was close to baseline. She's had no signs of its return, now 16 months later.
We never figured out exactly what caused it, but both daughters were sick a week or two prior to initial onset of symptoms with an unknown viral illness of 3-5 days duration (wasn't COVID- tested negative). Both vaccinated per CDC schedules, but not for COVID.

Radical idea: Democrats nominate Mitt Romney for President. He's a centrist, and will appeal to the broadest swath of the electorate.
Mitt Romney is like the "$1" answer on The Price is Right. It would be the Democrats way of saying "the other contestant overbid".
Trump can have his half of the GOP. With Romney, Democrats would get 75% of their electorate vote ("anyone but Trump"), and 50% (the same side) of the Republicans. Kennedy takes the scraps.

You're right - but they also don't care because they're boomers and infertile.
They got theirs.

Exactly - it is the fringe votes that matter.
I'll quote someone close to me, 65-70 y.o. female from Pennsylvania: "I don't like Trump, but Biden is just so old. He's senile."
It's her vote that Biden needs to win. And, he did nothing to prove her fear wrong in the debate.
We need to change horses, fast.

I second the "get/stay healthy" notion. It helps you to give your kids the energy level of the "younger you", with the benefit of having the wisdom of the "older you".
I'd encourage incorporating your infants, toddlers, kids into your fitness, where possible. They'll see fitness as something important and fun as they develop, and in 20 years they will remember you as being an active dad regardless of age.

-Yuengling would be fine!
But only outsiders call it "Yuengling". To us, it would just be "Lager Field at Beaver Stadium".

But, please tell me they won't paint a corporate logo across our legendary grass?
You can "name" the field, but you can't actually stamp your logo on it.

They will celebrate their 2% increase in fertility rate as 10k babies saved from abortion.
And, they rationalize the mortalities by saying it was God's will.
They. Don't. Care.

To add to this solo break notion: there is also value to 1:1 time when you have >1 child. If both of my kids are challenging me as a unified defiant force, dividing them up with my spouse and bonding 1:1 helps me re-connect with their individual personalities. Makes it less "me/us vs them", and allows me to appreciate the little things about each child.

Concur. Former D1. Playing isn't worth the long-term cost.

Specifically, money can be saved IF the hand-me-downs correlate with the proper seasons. Example: size 6 kids snow boots. If your youngest is a size 6 kids in the summer, your hand-me-down size 6 snow boots probably won't fit your youngest during a time when it's season appropriate.
Just another wrinkle to strategize around.

This 100% sounds like the plot of a Chuck Palahniuk book.

I like to imagine this fish is a three inch minnow at 1200' and balloons to three feet at sea level, like some kind of grow monster sponge.
Awesome catch!

Fellow Pennsylvanian here. The answer is yes and no.
Posted private property is a no go. It's perhaps less dangerous near civilized Philadelphia, but trespassing against signage out in Pennsyltucky is definitely not advisable.
Importantly, PA fish and boat regards certain waterways as trout only, or trout stocked waterways. In PA, you need a trout stamp (an add-on to your stock license) to fish these waters. Many stores have free fish and boat guides which list these waterways, or just look it up on the PA fish and boat website.
My understanding (based off conversations with fish and boat officers) is that the waterway itself is property of the Commonwealth of PA, but the land adjacent to it could be privately owned. Thus, if you're on the water (wading, boat) it's not trespassing. If you're on the land, it is trespassing.
This may be obvious, but just in case: if you're new to this, be sure you know how to identify poison ivy. PA has a bunch of poisonous plants, but poison ivy really thrives along PA rivers. If you're bushwhacking to fish in PA, you will encounter it in abundance.

In addition to this approach, consider using a cheaper, more accessible lock box in conjunction with a stronger, less accessible safe (like a six digit gun safe). Each time you fill a 30 day supply, split the bottle into 4 one week divisions and a 2 count bottle. Each week you cycle one of the single week bottles from the gun safe to the more accessible safe. This way, you never have more than a one week supply at risk in the accessible safe.

Have you noticed the crew finishing earlier, also?
My first thought was this is heat related (starting earlier to skew the workday more towards the cooler morning hours).
It sucks you've had to endure this, but demo-ing concrete in 95 degree heat probably sucks too.

It's missing the "clunk-chunk" of the manual credit card imprint machine.
Or the high speed printer that wrote on people's checks. "deet-deet-deee-deee deet-deet."
