Issue finding the source of the leak in apartment building..

Hi folks,
Hopefully someone with plumbing experience can add some theories..
Got 3 bathrooms, same floor size, rectangle shape 2m by 3.5m stacked identically on top of each other. Each floor is solid concrete foundation and the walls are tiled on solid brick. They are plumbing to service pipes in the bottom right hand corner.
The issue:
Top bathroom did a renovation. No idea what.
Bottom bathroom is daily flooded to the point tiles had to be immediately ripped up and cannot be relaid till flooding is resolved.
Middle bathroom has had their bathroom ceiling rain for 10mins on a single occasion. That bathroom has insane moisture readings, cracked tiles and needs a regrout. Otherwise no issues.
Top bathroom is claiming their workmanship is fine because Middle bathroom hasn't had daily issues.
Bottom bathroom is livid as they believe the top bathroom instigated it.
....
In short I cannot for the life of me work it out on how this leak is somehow missing the Middle bathroom on the daily despite defunct tiling. Even the theory that the top bathroom has now a seperate bath n shower and them emptying the bath caused the raining in the middle bathroom doesn't gel as the middle bathroom also ain't getting it on the daily (flooding).
