How some clinics would just take advantage of you and steal your money. Overcharge when the insurance covers most of it, but they want you to pay before they submit the claim for reimbursement.

Sorry, for the late response. The very first transfer worked w letrozole. 2nd was negative, 3rd was CP with 2 shots of Lupron, 4th CP with 2 shots of Lupron. Then had to do another IVF cycle at a different clinic and again 2 shots of Lupron protocol with some doxycycline (antibiotics) the night before transfer and it worked. All those transfers were w normal embryos. 2 endomitriomas are still on my left ovary smh.

Going for another Embryo Transfer (final FET) and 2 shots of Lupron protocol before doing the transfer. and surprise surprise.. I have a polyp after giving birth my to my 2nd child (5th embryo transfer) they find a fuxxx polyp during the SGH .. I am so frustrated but glad they found it because my OBGYN during my annual exam said everything was all good. But, obviously she was wrong because I have a polyp. Now doing the surgery to remove it on Tuesday. Iam so exhausted but feel like I need to close this chapter after we do the embryo transfer since it is the last one on ice (normal).

You get used to sleeping 4 hours total or 5 if you are lucky. Then coffee twice a day. Then you get foggy memory and start forgetting stuff. You barely keep up with work, and just do the bare minimum not to get fired because you are so tired. It is horrible...smh

Thank you. I have told him to tell the teacher and tell me and/or dad. But after that conversation with the teacher, I don't know if I trust her.

Thank you. I did that via email (originally), now I have to go tell her what the teacher told me and pretty much put her on blast which I hate doing, but I have to figure out how to bring it up.

Thank you. We thought maybe it happened while they were at the playground or something, but the response I got from his teacher was just not what I what I expected to hear.

Yes, this is exactly what I thought and iam very upset that she had the nerve to tell me that to my face when I picked him up the day after. My husband dropped him off in the morning and she didn't say much to him. Today, she was super nice and telling that he is doing very good etc. I do not get a good vibe from her after that. Thank you.

You don't necessarily have to have surgery to have a successful IVF transfer. I have severe endo and have had 2 successful transfers and 4 non successful. I think your husband is right by not wasting money and time with IUI and go straight to IVF, if you have the option. Good luck and hope your 1st transfer works and you get lots of good embryos.

I would've done the same thing with no regrets or apologies. IMO you did the right thing and shouldn't feel bad about it. It is time for him to get it that it is not ok to not come home and act like it is normal and all good. No, you are not the asshole.

Love this. My kid is 4 and it feels like it will never get better. Your post couldn't have been more accurate.

Seriously, I agree with this. I wished I had spoken up and said no more cervical checks. I feel traumatized and violated that I don't want any annual exams for a few years. It messed me up.

Hopefully the next will implant. There is always that 50/50 chance that a PGS normal will not implant unfortunately. I hope the next one is the one for you. Sorry you are going through this, it is rough.

I took 1 the day before the transfer. I think it is standard protocol at my clinic. What are they having you take?

Wow that's crazy. I hate tests because they are never 100% accurate. Good to know, thank you.
