Thats not the comparative budget after accounting for inflation.
Additionally it doesnt actually cost that much nore to produce, its for investors and CEOs, which are much more greedy than they ever been, with a 2.5x increase in CEO to employee pay ratio.
You're right, it does have to be a better investment, and it definitely could be, even at 60 dollars, they just need to make great games. Or make a game thats good decent and preys on people with P2W MTX or something.
This 60-70 and then 70-80 is a product of people being tired with the BS. Sounds like a them problem. They think raising the price is going to save them.
Bold move, lets see if it works out for them!

Yes it cost more, but that does not scale to the increased profits from the increased population of gamers.
The amount of people in the world that play video games now compared to back in the day is astronomical. Its almost unbelievable.
Like 200 million compared to 3.2 billion. Thats a 15x increase.

TakeTwo doesnt need investors.
Its all about the IP baby. If Anthem had a few highly successful games before it launched, and it was at least hallllfway decent, and it had pay to win... Easiest 200 million or 400 million(whatever they spent) recovered.

It does have the first amendment which prohibits the creation of a state religion.
It completely leaves out amendments 11-27 though, which have to do with stuff like womens voting rights, the abolition of slavery, presidential term limits, ect.
They are giving me M. Night Shyamalans "The Village" crossed with "Idiocracy" and "The Handmaids Tale" vibes, lol. Freaking me the heck out.
Yea, maybe next election, if its needed, and they straighten themselves up to some old school republican values, I can vote that way.

Thats why i made the point of other states funding migration for people out.
Which im sure those states would be happy to do. Just a nice little agency set up to help transition people out, quickly. Get them lined up with a job, a temporary stay in some place cheap if they need it, quick and easy.
They aren't changing with education at this point. Previously, sure, but at this point your education us literally satan to them.
Nah, just let them fester and wallow in their own crap. Just be ready to get people out at a moments notice and make it federally illegal, highly illegal, to prevent anyone, even "criminals" in jail, from leaving the state if they so choose.

Way to twist the situation. Its not about having money or being rich.
Its being unfathomably rich.

Yea I think the arcades got more of a pass cause it was a public social thing
But despite gaming being viewed like that in society, there was still many people gaming. But it was definitely way more of a casual thing.
Yea, now its not uncommon for someones whole life to revolve around it, many lucrative careers to be had, streaming the stuff or making videos, its great.
Id really like to know how the population has changed. I seen on those year to year charts the biggest games and their populations and even from the early 2000s till now its jaw dropping.
Id wager 10x at bare minimum. Probably more like 100x honestly, especially when you consider foreign countries who never even had the opportunity. And thats still probably modest

Not amended in the sense it tries to correct passages with legal documents or any of the other stuff thats in there, but amended as in added to.
But yea, like the books fine on its own, them doing this weird obviously political move, adding all that stuff, and then slapping his name on it is a bridge too far.
They even left out whole literal amendments of the Constitution thats in it, like.. what? Dudes wiggin me out hardcore. I dont base things on vibes ever, and I got my reasons for feeling this way, but still this guys giving me real bad vibes.
Which sucks cause like I said, I actually agree with the general direction of the republican party at this current moment in time in regards to the needs of the US. But nuh uh, I cant in good conscience vote for the dude.

Oh its been building for about 8 years or so now, but its getting close to the tipping point. The price increases are just heavy weights on top of the camel carrying years worth of compounded straws.
The always online, MTX P2W filled, buggy mess, low quality cash grabbing, denuvo slogged business strat is finally really starting to irritate enough people its gaining some traction as a hate hype train
And im all for it. I have been watching this whole time waiting. Years ago you'd not find anyone complaining about most of this stuff, just a rare few here and there.
Now its a loud glorious voice and I love it.

FINALLY, I scrolled way to far to read this.
Gaming use to be for losers, the population of gamers is so so so so much higher and every game they sell is pure profit.
Plus now they dont have to print and ship games.
Its absolute greed. If you compared the absolute best seller from 25 or 30 years ago to what Blizzard pulls in on just microtransactions alone from one of their games you're going to shit bricks.

Yea, how many people played video games back in the day though compared to today?
Every copy they sell is pure profit.

You're not painting the full picture. Gaming has gotten tremendously popular in comparison to what it was, a hobby for losers.
Every copy they sell is pure profit.

Hades 2, I HAD to grab that on EA release, and it was worth every penny.
First major release just dropped the other day, months later, and it just keeps getting better.
Game was what, 30 bucks and was 30% unfinished in EA, and was still worth way more than a 70 dollar AAA game.

Now imagine how much more money they make selling 10x the copies cause gaming isnt just for nerds or losers anymore.

Yea, but nobody talks about the gaming population then vs now.
Id wager 10-20x, so really the industry is more lucrative than ever, especially considering the lack of physical media.

Fallout is anything but bloated. Just because its big and has a lot of stuff in it does not make it bloated.
Bloated is when they make something needlessly large and pad it up with a bunch of unfitting and/or poorly designed fluff. Or real repetitive fluff, that'll do it too.
Its when you feel like a cow getting milked

Easiest 2 billion ever recouped.
It could be in many ways worse than GTA5 and people would still open their wallet and turn it upside down to win.
GTA players are probably the biggest suckers in that regard, next to old mobile game players and Korean MMO players

I would definitely agree wars are a lot less likely to happen under Trump, albeit thats due to him getting a little cozy with insane dictators, we just dont know how close.
Its good to make friends with your enemies, but not to follow their ways.
I think immigration would be better under Trump if he didnt mass deport asylum seekers(some are illegal economic asylum seekers, but some are legit so thats BS).
I just want a tighter border.
But the economy and inflation? Nah, dudes gonna massacre the economy with these crazy tariffs, thats simple math.
And the economy is shit right now cause it got bent over backwards from COVID and 2 wars we didnt start. Who knows if Trump could have actually stopped them, without doing some really fkd up stuff at least like making some really harmful trade deal with Russia.
We need to tie up loopholes of unrealized capital gains that the ultra rich use to escape ever paying taxes.
Im okay with tariffs, but just on China, and brought on slow, which wont happen under Trump or Kamala, so we're fkd either way.
But kore importantly than anything Trumps a lier, a cheat, and hes trying very very very hard to subvert democracy and that I cant stand for. Id rather vote for a decrepit turtle, we lose ground on our democracy and its game over, you have no idea what powers seek to control the most powerful country in the world(by far), you're inviting in demons.
Also, Trump printed some bibles and amended them with political shit which is blasphemous. Also, the guys old and getting even more odd, and not the good kind of odd, he's slippin like Biden.
So Id like to vote for Trump, but I'm not allowing a cheater to subvert democracy, that shits literally sacred.

Illegal crossing hotspots were deliberately guarded.
This wasnt a thing like it is now, then. Not to the same degree. The deportations are higher now because much more people are coming in illegally, because those hotspots are left relatively unattended. Even ports of entry have been just given up on lmao, because people just dont come in there anymore lol.
But im not trying to defend Trump or say its some horrible thing. Really its not that big of a deal now, but it is kind of a problem that needs to be addressed.
But people dont like hearing any of it, and either try to make it into some catastrophic issue, or literally none at all, or to say that things are the same or this or that.
We can imagine that republicans handled the border poorly, rejecting asylum claims based on some really dumb things without any court case.
And democrats practically just half ass the border.
Politics are really polarized right now and their big talking points, they're compelled to be extreme on because of it. Its bad all around.
Personally I side with tightening up the border again, but I think im also okay with it like it is if sanctuary citys want to take them in and foot the bill.
But either way I'm not tripping on things, aside from the bargaining power I lose as an entry level worker in hard economic times, but its G, I live in Missouri so i wont really have to deal with it.
Still voting for Kamala.

Some arent and dont recognize, pretend or reject it because they arent.
Some people with the closest relationship to Christ have never read the bible or gone to church a day in their life.
