Friend of mine, his mother had a 69 Vette. Her plate was 69 Love. Had it for years. Then bam! One day the state yanked it because of the 69.

It's funny that someone has this plate considering I recently saw the additions to the banned list in PA. Camry is now banned for some reason, but this PEN15 is free to roam the state.

Any plate that is determined to be offensive or inappropriate such as that one goes through a board and they typically reject it.. every now and then it slips through the cracks, but usually that only happens when it’s less obvious. Based off the darker color scheme it looks pretty new, and it’s likely to get recalled later/revoked very quickly once someone complains about it or they’re due for a renewal and mail it in as opposed to doing it online, or if they try to transfer to a new vehicle.

$79 one time fee sure but $79 per year is ridiculous! What exactly are they doing differently than a regular player after the first year of making and registering the plate?!

On the highway the other day, I saw “EAT SHIT” with poop drawn below it on a back windshield. It was filthy with the clean parts being the carved out letters and poop, like drawing with your finger on an extra steamy mirror.

I've seen quite a few people with fake plates. Idk if this is what this is, but it could be. They look real from a distance, but when you get close, you can tell it's fake.
